The Sundre Golf Course recognizes how important personal privacy is to you and all of our members. To provide the highest possible level of protection to you, we maintain standards designed to protect your privacy and prevent any misuse of your personal information. Why is Personal Information Collected?

Sundre Golf Club collects and retains the minimum amount of personal information in order to process dues and fees and to notify you of Club news and events. The club may post the names and telephone numbers of members in a Golf Membership roster located behind the proshop counter. The roster is to be used for the purpose of facilitating contact with other golf members. Members are prohibited by Club rules and Regulations from providing the list to anyone who is not a member or designate of the club or using the list for other purposes, such as marketing or solicitation. However, members should be aware that, beyond the sanctions for misuse, the club cannot guarantee that this information will not be disclosed inappropriately to non-members. The Sundre Golf Club does not disclose personal information of members to other clubs, organization, businesses or individuals, except as required by law or with your express consent.
