The Sundre Golf Course recognizes how important personal privacy is to you and all of our members. To provide the highest possible level of protection to you, we maintain standards designed to protect your privacy and prevent any misuse of your personal information. We have adopted the following principles and procedures, which outline how we gather, protect and use personal information, and how we will hold ourselves accessible and accountable to you. What is Personal Information? Personal Information is any information that identifies you as an individual and includes information with respect to your name, address, age, gender, income, marital status, finances, employment and website use information, together with your personal references and identification number (such as social insurance number). Why is Personal Information Collected? Sundre Golf Club collects and retains the minimum amount of personal information in order to process dues and fees and to notify you of Club news and events. The club may post the names and telephone numbers of members in a Golf Membership roster located behind the proshop counter. The roster is to be used for the purpose of facilitating contact with other golf members. Members are prohibited by Club rules and Regulations from providing the list to anyone who is not a member or designate of the club or using the list for other purposes, such as marketing or solicitation. However, members should be aware that, beyond the sanctions for misuse, the club cannot guarantee that this information will not be disclosed inappropriately to non-members. The Sundre Golf Club does not disclose personal information of members to other clubs, organization, businesses or individuals, except as required by law or with your express consent. How Do We Collect Personal Information About You? We collect all information directly from you. What Are Your Options? It is always your choice whether or not to provide personal information. In many cases, you are free to refuse or withdraw your consent at any time. However, if you choose not to provide requested personal information or consents, we may not be able to provide certain notification or services to you. To clarify any questions you may have about providing personal information,
please feel free to contact our privacy officer. We will be pleased to
explain your options and any consequences of refusing or withdrawing your

Disclosure of Personal Information Sundre will not sell, trade, or lend your personal information to any third parties unless we have your express permission to do so. We maintain security standards and procedures to help prevent unauthorized access to confidential information about you. We have procedures to limit employee access to personally identifiable information to those employees with a business need to know such information about you. We educate the employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures and training programs. Your Access to Personal Information You may request access to your personal information on record with Sundre Golf Club by contacting the Director of Golf at Phone- 1-403-638-3520 We will try to respond to your request promptly. Please note that we may not be able to provide information about your from our record if it contains references to other persons, is subject to legal privilege , contains information proprietary to Sundre Golf Club or is too costly to retrieve. We do not maintain disclosure records for regular or routine actions. Keeping Your Personal Information Accurate Sundre Golf Club attempts to keep its records as accurate and complete as possible. You can help us maintain accuracy of your information by notifying us of any changes to your personal information. If you find errors in our information about you, let us know and we will make the corrections immediately and make sure they are conveyed to anyone we may have misinformed.
